EDICOM has held an active coaching course for technical team managers to analyse the way they work and the impact it has on their teams, while detecting points for improvement. Concepts such as leadership, communication, motivation, responsibility, commitment, collaboration and purpose … were the focus in these sessions.
The training centred on self-leadership in order to work on managing emotions and how they influence the team, bolstering confidence. Likewise, on relational leadership to manage conflicts, provide feedback to the team and find solutions to the problems that arise. Finally, with productive leadership, we learned to locate and manage what slows productivity down, to distinguish between what is important and urgent, and to establish productive habits.
