EDICOM is backing bootcamps as an innovative way to source tech talent. Bootcamps are the new system chosen to train and select future company employees among students graduating from professional training institutions and Universities.
EDICOM, as a benchmark technology business B2B worldwide, has decided to commit to new initiatives and ways of attracting and creating talent with the aim of incorporating them into its ranks. This month of May sees the rollout of a technical training initiative for programmers, seniors, recent graduates from training centres and unemployed people, consisting of a Bootcamp Full Stack Developer.
This intensive schedule, lasting roughly 300 hours, will instruct a group of 12 professionals in web programming and BackEnd and FrontEnd technologies. In the final weeks of training, the students will have to prepare a practical and realistic project which will be proposed by the company.
Some of these students will be granted a full grant by EDICOM. Upon completion of the Bootcamp, the company will carry out a selection process among the most outstanding pupils. EDICOM offers them the chance to join the company, thus opting for a serious job in an innovating company.

To this end, EDICOM enjoys the collaboration of GeeksHubs. It is a company belonging to the Alfatec group, which has a tech training division with specialist bootcamps for Full Stack Developers and CTOs. They are experts in training and employing IT talent, ranging from junior programmers for FullStack programs to more senior operatives, adapting them to advanced technical knowledge, new technologies and management skills.
EDICOM has shown to be a brave and innovative company and with this collaboration rolls out a model that improves its recruitment strategies and changes the hidebound way in which programmers are traditionally hired.
