EDICOM leads training session on BIG DATA at the University of Seville. Last April 2, Jorge Pradas – EDICOM 24×7 Support Manager – gave a training session at the University of Seville as part of the Big Data subject in the “Master in Engineering and Software Technology” from the Higher School of Computer Engineering (ETSII).
The training session illustrated how EDICOM uses the analytical capacity of its systems and how this allows us to distribute the client load. EDICOM, with more than 500 million transactions per year, deploys analysis and monitoring systems that enable the swift visual detection of service issues.
Jorge is an engineer with in-depth knowledge and wide-ranging experience in Big Data and in the use of Monitoring and Capacity Analysis tools for our services. We are proud of Jorge’s work in the company, and very grateful to the University of Seville for giving us the chance contribute knowledge to future professionals in the technology area.
