More than 20 employees join EDICOM in January and February

For six weeks, technical staff will specialize in EDI technology, learning how to perform their functions optimally before joining their teams.

EDICOM continues to expand its team in 2021. More than 20 new employees joined the Software Integration, Systems, Development and Commercial departments in Valencia, Seville and Sao Paulo during January and February.

The first step in their EDICOM career is the completion of initial training. For six weeks, technical staff will specialize in EDI technology, learning how to perform their functions optimally before joining their teams. At the same time, they will get better acquainted with the company and how it operates.

The company gives great importance to technical training for employees. The idea is that they should acquire high-level technological knowledge of the materials and tools needed to do their jobs. Likewise, the company pursues every worker’s individual professional development.

As with previous new starts, as of March 2020, newcomers are doing their training 100% online, as the whole team is teleworking.
