The EDICOM team is growing again in 2021. Eleven new professionals are entering the Software Integration, Development and 24×7 Customer Service Centre departments. The majority of the new employees joined the company in Mexico City, but also in Valencia during the month of May.

Before joining their respective teams, employees will undergo six weeks of initial training. Technical staff will specialize in EDI technology to be able to perform their functions optimally. At the same time, they will get to know the company better and how it operates.

Technical training is essential for the company and is provided on an ongoing basis to improve employees’ skills. The aim is for the team to have thorough technological knowledge of the materials and tools needed to achieve excellence in their tasks and keep the customers satisfied.

With the latest additions this year, the company now employs more than 700 people worldwide. Currently, we are still actively looking for new professionals for Software Integrator, Cloud Engineer or Analyst Programmer profiles.
