This year, 2026, we begin our collaboration with EDEM Business Leaders’ School, taking a further step in our commitment to empower and value young talent.
Being part of EDEM’s network of member companies means committing to a model of collaboration between the business world and the academic sphere, with a clear objective: to bring highly qualified students closer to the real challenges of the professional environment, accompanying them in their development, growth and future projection.
This type of collaboration allows for a direct impact on the training of future professionals, linking academic knowledge with the day-to-day reality of companies. Through this collaboration, students not only acquire technical knowledge, but also a practical, strategic vision aligned with the current needs of the labour market.
Visit to the EDICOM facilities

In this context, the visit to our facilities by Elena Fernández, Managing Director of EDEM, and Marta Coscollar, Head of Business Relations, along with Ana Darder, Head of the Human Resources Department and Deputy Director of the EDICOM Technical Department, constitutes one more step in the strengthening of this relationship.
A meeting that reinforces an alliance based on shared values such as effort, excellence, commitment to training and a focus on talent.
Throughout the day, the importance of creating real collaborative spaces was highlighted, where companies and schools work hand in hand to prepare students for the challenges of an increasingly demanding, dynamic, and technological professional environment.
This kind of initiative enables us to identify talent, with the sharing of knowledge and actively contributing to the ongoing improvement of educational programmes.
At EDICOM, we firmly believe in talent as the driving force of growth, in continuous training as the key to competitiveness, and in the need to build solid and lasting bridges between the academic and business worlds.
