EDICOM reinforces its commitment to talent at the welcome meeting for new EDEM members
The company takes part in a key event with companies from the EDEM ecosystem, bolstering its commitment to practical training, connecting with young talent and fostering collaboration between business and school

EDICOM took part in the welcome meeting for new members of EDEM Business School for Entrepreneurs, an event that reinforces its positioning as a technology company committed to developing talent and employability. Attendance at this event continues their recent integration into the EDEM network of companies, strengthening a strategic alliance based on training, innovation and connection with the business environment.
The event, held on the occasion of the close of the 2025/2026 academic year, brought together companies and the school’s sponsors in a forum for sharing, where lessons learned, experiences and future challenges were discussed. On behalf of EDICOM, Ana Darder, Area Director of HR and Deputy Head of the Technical Department, attended the event, which aimed to strengthen collaboration between the business sector and the academic sphere.

It was very interesting to get to know the new patron members of EDEM. These meetings represent a meeting point for companies to publicise initiatives of general interest. What impressed me most was discovering what motivates the university to undertake these initiatives. They are brimming with generosity, mainly towards the students, whom they occasionally grant scholarships so they can pursue high-quality private studies that they otherwise wouldn’t be able to. Thank you for organising it. Ana Darder
Participation in these kinds of initiatives is part of EDICOM’s commitment to a model of active collaboration with the educational ecosystem. Since joining as a corporate member in January, the company has maintained ongoing engagement with EDEM, contributing its technological expertise and experience to student training while getting closer to the new generation of professionals.
This relationship generates a direct impact on the preparation of young talent, facilitating their contact with real work environments and contributing to aligning their training with the current needs of the labour market. For EDICOM, it also represents an opportunity to identify talent, share knowledge and actively participate in the evolution of training programmes.

Throughout the event, the importance of establishing sustained collaborative spaces over time was highlighted, where businesses and schools work together to prepare future professionals for an increasingly dynamic and technological environment.
By participating in this meeting, EDICOM consolidates its positioning as a company committed to talent as a driver of growth and practical training as a key lever for professional development. A commitment that will continue to drive progress alongside EDEM, strengthening the bridge between the academic and business worlds.
