This year again, EDICOM is participating in TALENTO TEC Assessment Online. The event is a talent assessment conference held by Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico, Campus Hidalgo. The session is on October 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (MX time), and will take place virtually.

The company is taking part as a coaching company to assess the talent of future graduates from different degree courses such as ITC Engineering or Industrial and Systems Engineering.

The candidates will undergo a selection simulation based on challenges designed to test their skills and abilities. This way, they can learn whether they are ready to take up a job. The companies will offer them their advice to pinpoint the areas with room for improvement for future job interviews.
