EDICOM provides training sessions on “Keys to leadership” and “Efficient time management and organisation” to its employees. The aim of these sessions is to help each worker to grow professionally and personally, while providing techniques to achieve better results.

Technovation Challenge, -flagship initiative by the non-profit organization Iridescent- is the world’s largest technology business entrepreneurship programme for girls. The programme offers girls from all over the world the opportunity to learn the necessary skills to become entrepreneurs and technology leaders.
