Sergio Dasí has been a Software Integrator with EDICOM for over a year now. When the opportunity arose, he did not hesitate to recommend the company to his colleague Mario Llovera, who is now also a Software Integrator. They tell us the reasons behind Sergio’s recommendation and Mario’s decision to apply to join the team.

EDICOM: Why did you recommend EDICOM to Mario?

SERGIO DASÍ: I recommended EDICOM to Mario because after my first few months I saw that it was a company that offered a career plan in line with my expectations and which invested in training, language classes and facilities. In addition, Mario was looking to start in the working world in an area that combined the customer side with the technical, so I told him about my day to day in the Software Integration Department working with international clients, and eventually… we both ended up working in this department.

E: Apart from Sergio’s recommendation, what prompted you to apply to EDICOM?

MARIO LLOVERA: When I asked Sergio, he explained to me what the company did and I found it interesting. The chance to start working with the contract and not under an internship was something I positively appreciated.

E: Now that you’re part of the EDICOM team, what do you most appreciate about working here?

M.LL.: Without a doubt the relationship with my colleagues and the good atmosphere in the office.

E: Would you recommend EDICOM?

M.LL.: Yes. In EDICOM you have the opportunity to work with large companies and their employees have many facilities: flexible working hours, language classes, etc.
