Santiago Martín has been a Software Integrator for just over a year now. Along with EDICOM came his chance to work in a multinational company. Today he takes up the challenge of adapting on a daily basis to the needs of large companies, both at home and in the international scope. Discover his story at EDICOM in this interview.

EDICOM: What do you do in EDICOM?

SANTIAGO MARTÍN: As Software Integrators, our job is to carry out the projects requested by our clients. To do so, we follow the scheduling guidelines agreed between the client and our Project Manager.

E: What do you value most about working in the company?

S.M.: I would highlight the atmosphere with my colleagues, both those who are here with me at the Seville branch and those in the rest of the offices.

E: What challenges crop up in your work?

S.M.: As a challenge, I would say the ability to adapt to each client’s needs, because you might be talking to one, and shortly afterwards talking to another, who might ask you for something totally different to what the first client wanted.

E: Any projects that you feel particularly proud of?

S.M.: Everything to which I have contributed value, from the first job I did when I joined the firm to the projects I’m engaged in today.

E: What opportunity has EDICOM provided for you?

S.M.: For me, the main opportunity was access to the working world and being able to work with big businesses, both nationally and internationally.

E: Favourite time in EDICOM.

S.M.: Beyond the day-to-day, I like the events that are organized outside the office. For example, there was a paddle tournament and I was lucky enough to win it with a friend from Seville.
